Terms & Conditions for the BJJ Camp XP Money-Back Guarantee

Scope of the Guarantee

This guarantee applies only to the services explicitly listed in the BJJ Camp XP package, including airport transfers, daily room cleaning, recovery massages, four scheduled adventure activities, all-you-can-eat chef-prepared meals, and two daily training sessions per day.
Additional costs, such as plane tickets or personal expenses, are not covered under the guarantee.

The guarantee is valid only for participants who have:
- Registered and fully paid for the camp package.
- Attended the camp and participated in all included activities as scheduled.
Participants must notify BJJ Camp XP staff of any issues during the camp to provide the opportunity for immediate resolution. Failure to report issues during the camp may void the guarantee.

A refund under this guarantee is available only if:

The participant experiences a significant failure to deliver the services explicitly outlined in the package (e.g., missing meals, canceled training sessions without alternatives).
The issue cannot be resolved during the camp, despite immediate notification to BJJ Camp XP staff.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

Dissatisfaction with subjective experiences such as the quality of food, training style, or adventure activities.
Interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond the camp’s control (force majeure).
Services or expenses not provided directly by BJJ Camp XP, such as third-party tours or independent travel arrangements.
Personal injuries, lost property, or dissatisfaction caused by factors unrelated to BJJ Camp XP services.

Participants requesting a refund must provide a written explanation, including specific details of the issue, within 7 days of the camp’s conclusion.
Refund requests will be reviewed, and participants may be required to provide further documentation or evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will only cover the cost of the camp package.

BJJ Camp XP’s liability is limited to the cost of the camp package. Under no circumstances will BJJ Camp XP be liable for additional costs, such as airfare or personal expenses.

BJJ Camp XP is not responsible for disruptions caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.

By registering for BJJ Camp XP, participants agree to these terms and conditions, including the limitations of the money-back guarantee.
